Kid pool area was not working, they called us before even checking in to let us know if this and to help accomadate if that changed out plans for our stay. Very friendly at check in and gave us all the information we needed.

They did no have my reservation. It was a gigantic pain. I gave them confirmation email from here. Nope sill didn’t have it. I had to book all over again w them. They never apologized.

I liked that they booked my stay when "booking.com" dropped the ball and did not book the room. Adventurland Inn noticed the ballance error and traced back the reservation. This was the best because they were booked and had they not done so we would not have had a place to stay. Got to give it to the staff that made it possible.

It was a great value - reasonably priced, clean, updated. We stayed for 3 nights. Did not have room services during that time (I assume that was one reason that the price was right!). We did not need daily room services. I liked it that way. Also, I requested that some papers be printed off for our use at the Iowa State Fair. The young man who worked on Tuesday evening, August 15th in Altoona was so very accommodating! He printed the copies for me at no charge, he did the download from my phone to the Adventureland Inn site because I don't know how to. He was fantastic!!
